Anti-Racist Statement

Our Anti‑Racist Commitment

At Everyone Health, we are committed to being an actively anti‑racist organisation. We recognise that racism—whether individual, institutional, or structural—creates inequality, harms health outcomes, and undermines trust in services. We do not tolerate racism in any form.

Being anti‑racist means we go beyond non‑discrimination. We actively work to identify, challenge, and remove racism and racial inequality within our organisation, our services, and the systems we operate in. This commitment underpins our values, our decision‑making, and our approach to improving health and wellbeing.

We are committed to:

  • Creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for staff, service users, volunteers, and partners
  • Delivering services that are culturally competent, accessible, and responsive to the needs of diverse communities
  • Addressing health inequalities and inequities that disproportionately affect people from racially minoritised communities
  • Listening to lived experience and using insight and data to inform improvement
  • Holding ourselves accountable through training, reflection, and continuous improvement

Everyone Health recognises that anti‑racism is an ongoing journey. We are committed to learning, transparency, and meaningful action to ensure equity, dignity, and respect for all.
