We’re incredibly proud to share that Everyone Health has been shortlisted for Best Provider of Mental Health Services at the HSJ Independent Healthcare Providers Award 2026!
This recognition reflects the dedication and expertise of our teams, and in particular the impact of our SMI Healthy Lifestyle Service, commissioned by two NHS Trusts in Staffordshire and delivered by Everyone Health Ltd.
The service is an innovative 18-week behaviour change programme supporting people with serious mental illness to make sustainable lifestyle improvements. Using the COM-B model and strong community partnerships, it empowers participants to build health literacy, confidence, and social connections, while improving both physical and mental wellbeing.
Importantly, the service has delivered clear, meaningful outcomes, including:
• Improved physical health indicators and healthier lifestyle behaviours
• Increased confidence, motivation, and self-management skills
• Reduced social isolation through stronger peer and community connections
• Improved mental wellbeing and engagement with ongoing support
Our flexible, person-centred approach combines education, peer support, and inclusive activities to overcome barriers to participation, showing how co-production, compassion, and behavioural science can improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities across diverse communities.
