This national recognition celebrates the impact and innovation of our Staffordshire SMI Healthy Lifestyle Service, a programme built around a truly co‑produced, people‑first approach to supporting individuals living with severe mental illness (SMI).
Recognising Meaningful, Measurable Impact
The HSJ judges praised the service as a compelling model that is delivering real, measurable change in people’s lives. In particular, they highlighted the strength of our co‑production approach and the way the service empowers individuals to shape their own health and wellbeing outcomes.
The judges also noted that this model is something the wider health system should be looking to adopt, an endorsement we are deeply honoured to receive.
