Everyone Health has been commissioned and funded by Cambridgeshire County Council to provide:
- Healthy Schools – Healthy Schools is Everyone Health’s School Aged Health Improvement and Prevention Service, supporting education settings and CYP community settings to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people. We work in partnership with schools, alternative provision, community groups and a range of local health and wellbeing organisations, making it easier for professionals to access the right support for their students.
