Sexual Health

We are delighted to now offer a dedicated Sexual Health service as part of Healthy Schools. This strand of our work focuses on ensuring that all young people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough can access clear, inclusive and non judgemental information and support around relationships and sexual health.

Our key offer includes:

  • C-Card Scheme – a free and confidential service giving young people aged 13–24 easy access to condoms and sexual health advice. Young people don’t have to be sexually active to join the scheme. It is about helping them to be ready and feel confident about their choices.
  • Digital Access – in Peterborough, young people can now sign up online through the C-Card app, replacing the paper C-Card and making it even easier to access support. In Cambridgeshire, young people can sign up online via our website.
  • Dual STI Screening – available in Peterborough, offering convenient access to chlamydia and gonorrhoea screening in safe and trusted settings.
  • Outreach and Events – our team attends young people and community events, Freshers’ fairs and health promotion days across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough providing information, resources and sign ups for sexual health support.
  • Training and Collaboration – we offer free C-Card training for schools and CYP settings and can deliver drop in sessions and tailored sexual health education workshops.
