Weight Management Coordinator – Bracknell Forest

Full-time role

An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate, enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Weight Management Coordinator. This role will contribute to the, provision and coordination of the Adult Weight Management Service and the Children and Young Peoples Weight Management service delivered across Bracknell Forest.

Playing a pivotal role within these services, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of a multidisciplinary team of nutritionists, physical activity specialists and virtual health coaches, by providing high quality planning, evaluation and strategic development for behaviour change programmes. Based in Bracknell Forest, this role is crucial in managing the services effectively to deliver on the KPIs and positive health outcomes for Bracknell residents as well as providing service support for members of the specialist multi-disciplinary team.

We would like to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Providing a leadership role in the planning, development and coordination of a Tier 2 adult and child weight management services
  • Project co-ordination and activity planning with multiple community and professional groups.
  • People management including groups, professional colleagues and local communities
  • Evidence of experience in embracing and implementing change to provide high quality health outcomes.
  • Understanding the key drivers for health including behaviour change theory and practice and implementing Tier 2 weight management interventions
  • Either a AofN registered Nutritionist or Level 3 Exercise Professional
