Remembrance Day

Everyone Health wanted to again participate this year in Remembrance Day and offer the opportunity remember and reflect. In Staffordshire, our team all received a pack of poppies to plant in memory of those who gave their lives in World War One and those who have died since, on behalf of their County. We also provided the Staffordshire NHS Health Check team with poppy packs to offer patients attending an NHS Health Check appointment to be able to do the same.

The Social Isolation were busy creating some remembrance craft projects. Kim from the Staffordshire team shared their latest work on social media, something that was then reshared by the East Midlands RFCA themselves (well done Kim!)

Louise, Nat and Kim joined Beth and Emma at the National Arboretum in Alrewas to visit the special Memorial Garden displayed until the end of November and take a moment to honour those who lost their lives.

We hope to continue our work with the Armed Forces over the coming year as part of our convent pledge and are currently working towards our Silver Award with them.
